Difficult to swap auto to 5 speed?

Is it difficult to swap a 5 speed into an auto tranny on a 94 Prelude Si? I think my tranny is goin and if I have to get a new tranny, I might be better off gettin a 5 speed...would it be a difficult swap?

its not difficult if you're doing it with someone who's done it before, but its a headache. and if you're paying someone like i am, its gonna be expensive...
