i bought a b16sir 2 for my car, and the distributor is bad, just wondering which one will fit. can i use my stock?

Get one from a 94-95 GSR or Del Sol vtec (B16A3). Or you can take the guts out of your D series one and use them to rebuild the B series, that's what I did.

First of all, The sohc dist. will not work, it is incompatable with a dohc motor. if you are using an obd-1 harness, you can use any obd-1 dohc dist. otherwise yyou will need a obd2 unit.

If he's using an obd0 harness, then he will need a 92-93 gsr or a sir b16a dist.

sorry i forgot to mention that.

I forgot that some people try to wire sir b16a motors into 5th gen civics.
