Any pics of said bike? I'd like to see what $36k gets you. BTW, that story is ridiculous. I probably would have flipped.
 
It took a year in court, but eventually she paid 35 of the 36 thousand it took to build that bike...

daaaaaamn. good thing the lawyer was good and passionate about the situation - seems to have turned out pretty well, all things considered - though the woman and her kid should have had to pay a stupidity tax.
 
Why would the judge award most of the cost of the bike? Was she only 90% responsible? Should have been all or nothing.

They found that the casino holding the venue should have had barriers in place so that no one could randomly walk on stage....... they did. They had to move them so I could put the bike up there.

This is true, but in my mind... she should have to pay 3 times what it costs to build that bike.
