ok on my 1991 ef hatch with the d16y5 swapped in if i have the cam timing set at o the turbo spools faster than i have ever seen but it feels like it only has 40hp at 10psi. now if i retard the cam to -2 degrees the turbo lags alot more but makes alot more power. im at a loss for this one so im hoping maybe someone csn help me out.
