ecu and zc question

i just got my engine today and i looked up what ecu do i need and im getting mixed information some say a pg7 has a speedlimiter on it and another site says that a pm7 is better but that also has a speedlimiter on it is this true?????.And another thing if i get the whole injector harness would i still have to do alot of wiring appeciate the help

Do you really need to go 115?
And what do you mean by "get the whole injector harness" - what do you have in the first place, a dpfi chassis?
Rule of thumb is, JDM ECU's don't have speed governors. US does.
