ECU code 43

I have a friend with a CRX with a b18a1(i think). Anyways, he said the his ECU is throwing a codes...he said it's showing 4 long and 3 short, so that would be codes 43 correct? I looked up code 43 and it is the fuel supply system correct? What could be throwing the code...any ideas would help, thanks

well my integra is doing the same thing and couldnt figure it out so i took it to a shop out here and had the main mechanic look at it. well it turns out my iacv (idle air contol valve) is bad and he also says I have a vacuum leak.

well i am waiting on my iacv to show up from a friend of mine and then I am going to find the vacuum leak,
