EK seats price question?

This guy I know has some ek seats in good condition, but when I asked him how much he wanted he said make an offer. My ej has a torn driver seat so I would like to get these in.(They bolt right up right?)
I don't want to lowball him, but I don't want to get ripped off.
I need some opinions on prices guys so please help me out.

if they are jut the regular old confetti looking ek seats, i would pay around $50 for them, if they are perfect, they are not desirable seats, so they dont go for much

offer $50 you wont be ripping him of, i threw a set away about a year ago
