Emissions Control

I have a 90 si with a zc swap. I need to go through emissions control next month and i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on ways to get through easier. I hear that these engines can be tricky to get to pass so if anyone has any tips on how to get through they would be really appreciated.

where are you located and is it an SOHC ZC or a DOHC ZC???
if you live in California and it is an SOHC ZC and you previously had an SI, do not worry about it, the motor look the same and as long as you have a good cat, new plugs and wires you should be fine. if you have a DOHC ZC in california you might be screwed as it looks nothing like the d16a6.

sorry its a dohc and i live in vancouver BC. our emissions are based on california standards so any help would be great!
