anybody in washington have a swap and run into any problems with emissions here? i would love to hear if you do or dont

you shouldnt have any probs with emissions, since we dont have to deal with carb, if its a USDM motor that is, if its JDM and doenst have all the emissions equip, then your guess is as good as mine. the only way to find out is take it to a mechanic and have him do an unofficial test to see if it would pass, it should only cost a fes bucks.

As long as the swap can pass the sniffer, that's all that matters in WA. Just make your your cat and other emissions devices work right. There is no visual inspection, at least not in Pierce/King/Spokane counties, I know that for sure. It also depends what cities you like in. Certain cities have emissions exemptions. WA ownz.
