Engine & ABS Problems for1999 Civic ek16, D16y8 1.6

Hello
I have Honda Civic EK16 with D16Y8b Engine
I have Very large consumption of fuel and also the "Check Engine" light when it come on, The car becomes very slow and the acceleration is very bad.
this is the codes for the engine:

and I have also these codes for the ABS:

Please help me I have spent a lot of money but without any benefit

Here is the ABS
Short circuit in right hand front wheel speed sensor
Short circuit right hand rear wheel speed sensor
Short circuit left hand rear wheel speed sensor
The pump motor is constantly on
Inoperative relay
Low supply voltage
But how can i fix this problems?
