Engine Swap 94 CX to 98 EX:

I have a 1994 3 door hatch Civic that the engine has died and I have a line on a 98 EX D16Y8 Vtec engine that is cheap basically FREE. What will I be looking at to make this swap work. Do I need to change the ECU and distributer and the wiring harness?

Any help would be much appreciated.
