Engine swap for a 87 accord

I'm looking to do an engine swap on my 87 accord. I've been told to do a b-series swap but idk how I would do that or where to get the parts. any help?

well whats the best way to go about this? and how am I gonna figure out what to do? and the final question, is it even gonna be worth it? I mean I love my car. It runs great and looks pretty good for an 87 but idk if doing all the work would be worth it.
