I just installed a 98 EX motor into my 99 DX body. And i installed the ecu jumper harness and had to swap out the primary O2 sensor with one with correct connector and spliced in the secondary O2 sensor it into the harness. Now its running a little rough when its out of gear and throwing CEL code 41. I already replaced the primary O2 sensor with a denso replacement one and also check the fuse #15 under the dash and its not blown. I need help!

the CEL is not a specific diag. tool.... dont get me wrong it does a great job of pointing u in the right direction!! but for instance: code 41 = fault in O2 sensor circuit. <-- key word- circuit!! the ecu knows there is an issue with the electrical path of the O2 sensor. now its ur job to find the exact location of the problem.

i would double check those splices u made and try to back track the voltage drops using a digital multi-meter(volt meter)
