engine wiring harness questions

hey all
any of you guys know if a gsr engine wiring harness would fit into a ls?? i got a ls motor and it didnt come with a wiring harness and all i have is a gsr engine wiring harness. is there going to be any malfunctions or anything?? help me out..

It depends on the harness, the engine and the car. What the make years of each?

There shouldn't be any problems if they are from the same gen and body style.
