What year is your car? If it's a 92-95 Civic then there's really no need, I believe the EX and Si computers are the same since it's the same motor. Both should have a P28 ECU already, and that's one of the better Honda ECUs to have for tuning purposes.
If it's a 96-00 EX and you're thinking of swapping to a 99-00 Si ECU, I'd probably just stick with your stock computer, unless you're getting a chipped ECU that's tuned for your specific motor setup.
