Exhaust question

after putting my 98 ls in a 97 civic, i discovered that there is a three inch gap between the cat and the stock manifold. how to solve?

will a aftermarket header close the gap or will i have to get custom exhaust work?

aftermarket header should do it. u want it anyways, so it a reason to go for it. msny diferent kinds, but DC seems to be the most popular. Let me know what you get. B)
