exhaust question...

been outta the import scene for about 5 yrs and jus picked up a 97 dx hatch with a 99 ex motor/trans swap...wanting to buy a apexi noir catback exhaust but they pieced the exhaust together and removed the cat.from wat ive been told is the ex cat is right after the exhaust manifold and the dx is near the rear...so where will the catback exhaust start?

the cat is usually right off the exhaust manifold... so it goes... header/cat/exhaust

ex have the cat under the car dx is by the motor, but it dont mater all cat backs will start from under the car about where the shifter is no matter if its for a ex dx or what ever there all the same
