F/S 94 GSR Long Block, Trans and ECU

i have recently pulled the motor from my 94 GSR due to needing vaulves, i do not have the time to wrip the motor apart and replace the vaulves at this time so im just swaping motors. The GSR motor that i am selling needs vaulves and distributor.
list of what is included:

full head
full block
intake manifold
fuel rail
injectors
ignition wires
starter
alternaiter
pretty much everything for the swap
along with a 5 speed trans
and ECU.
the trans has a stage 2 exedy clutch in it, along with a lightened flywheel


im looking for about 1300 for the motor, trans, and ecu.
