I would get a blow-off valve, yes. 5-6 PSI sounds like a pretty safe number, but then again PSI is relative to the turbo you're using. The important thing is the tuning. If you don't have access to a good tuner who can run all the common tuning programs and has a decent dyno, then find one before you start this project.

For the down-pipe you're just going to have to line it up and see. My guess would be no, but might as well check if you already have the part...

You're cool with using an E-Bay turbo after all the talk on these forums about how crappy they seals are?

Yes, use a BOV and find a tuner.

theres is one about 50 miles away from me .. is an ebay turbo kit probably my best bet or should i peice it to gether like buy the bov sep.along with the intercooler piping and turbo mani with down pipe either way i figure ill have about 900 into it the reason i ask is the turbo kit i looked at did not include the 5 bolt flange down pipe but i did see this eBay Motors: Prelude H23 Turbo Manifold & T3/T4 Downpipe Prelude Si (item 370041283058 end time Apr-14-08 19:51:34 PDT) i can use it on this eBay Motors: ACCORD F22A PRELUDE H23 TURBO KIT CAST MANIFOLD 0-0-0-0 (item 280216442578 end time Apr-15-08 16:12:24 PDT) and also that being a hybrid turbo charger i think will not be to my best intrest

That's what I've heard and experienced as well. Sometimes people don't have a problem, sometimes they do. Why take a chance? I'd rather spend a little bit more on a decent turbo then risk having to replace it or hurting my engine with it in the future.

It's up to you though man. Do what you think is best...

f motors love boost low compression and strong block i am running 12 psi daily for over a year and not had a problem but its not psi that breaks stuff its hp and tq any thing above 330 really starts stressing the motor and trans. i would run more boost but i am at the limit of my injectors 550cc rc's just make sure u have a good tune on the computer i am putting out 272hp and 241 lbs of tq

Sorry to whore it out more, I have a Manifold, Turbo, External gate and flanges for everything. I can make the rest for you, Ive offered before. Drop off the car and I can fab the piping for the Intercooler in about a week.

I also have a socketted ECU, Ostrich and other stuff you WILL need to tune the car. Buy it all from me and I will hook you up man, seriously!! I will make the piping for free, just cover the welding charges, usually 100 to get everything welded.

If you take the mani, turbo, ewg, ostrich, ecu, 3bar map sensor and misc flanges, I will do it all for 1250 cash. If paypal, add 3%, Im not taking the hit on that amount of money.....The turbo, mani and ewg are BRAND NEW. I paid 900 for this turbo alone!!! The ecu is chipped for your car as well, it will just need some tweaks. Look into EVERYTHING you will need to do this project and you will see this is a steal!

What manifold is it? That will determine if the rad is fine.

Obviously you should do a "tune up" before you try to push it 100% more........Read up before you start this project man.....
