Is a stock f22a1 a good engine 2 try and soup up?

bisi runs an F22A1or6 in his drag car. he says that the F22A series engines have really good valve placement and basic runner design. if you have the head ported and polished and throw in some hi-comp pistons and big cam, you should be able to make pretty good power. or turbo it
