f22a1 horespower build?

im gonna race my 91 accord on dirt track, i wanna run the f22a1 for the rest of the year and maybe do a h22 swap next season, but what i was wondering is how much would it take to get the f22a1 to get close to 200 horsepower? could i get close to 200 horse with cam and some headwork, headers and higher compression pistons, chipped and tuned ecm?
