going to need more info, auto or manual? flywheel/flexplate installed the correct way and not backwards if that is possible, are you using the f22a or b trans, and does the started match, the starter may be different between the two engines. the problem may lay at the starter is not the correct one even. also if it is manual, try to pop start it, to see if she fires up even
