fan wont turn on

i just put in my zc and it is overheating my fan wont turn on its getting power and we tested it and it works is it the ecu not telling it to turn on or is it the wiring can anybody help me with this?????
 
There is a fan switch, it is probably disconnected or not working. It is usually screwed into the back of the block or into the thermostat housing but im not sure which on the zc.
