in regards to the concluded ncaa football season and the over-hyped, played-out boredom of professional football, here's something on the fantasy side, but minus the bullshit. With a b16 (from the del sols) bored out to 2 liters (using a crower kit), then resleeved to help insure dependability, with stage 2 cams and the corresponding valve-train, and of course the requisite full intake, exhaust, and tuning, what kind of numbers would one expect from this engine? any answers would be appreciated as i have no idea in hell of what to assume... thanks for letting me waste your time.

Between 10 and 1000 horsepower. There is no way to estimate how much it will have. And by you looking on nopi.com and looking for the hottests parts i bet you mods list will grow.

you can't get a B16 to 2L without changing the stroke

it would take a 91mm piston to get 2L out of a B16 with stock stroke (not happening)

stage 2 cams????? who's stage 2 cams? stage 2 by itself means nothing

what kind of compression will you be running

what will you be using for tuning

what will you be using for fuel

what kind of intake

what kind of exhaust

what kind of header

what kind of cat

any head work (PnP, oversized valves, etc)

far too many variables to give an answer that is worth shit.... but if all you want is a number

186hp 135tq :shrug2:

thanks for the numbers fellas!! im fucking impressed!!
not only have i been enlightened to the fact that :imfucktard: , but ive also decided NOT to donate the previously described engine to hondaswap.com.
so there :woo:

(like crower stage 2 cams, of course the stroke would have to be changed, pnp, ideal exhaust and other complementary apparatus) use your imagination

we can not tell you what a motor will make read the faq anf forum rules it clearly states this so don't get pissed when we ride you for it

Another one of these threads huh. I will go with somewhere between 150-250whp.
