front end conversion

I got into a small fender bender (SUV back into/onto my front end) luckily just being body damage no internal harm done. I have a 98 ex and was just wondering if I'd be able to install a 99-00 bumper and hood with no problems. Also, are the grilles different for the 98 and 99-00?

Oh and also, how much would you estimate it would cost to color match and repaint the hood and bumper?

the color is dark green I think they call it clover green if that helps
