i recently put a jdm h22 in my 94 honda prelude si and the guy that put it in said the injectors that came on the engine were broken or something so he had to use the h23 injectors from my old engine. i can tell they werent made for this engine..... ive looked around and everywhere i look people say the usdm h22 stock injectors are 345cc p&h but the jdm makes 10 more hp is it still the same size injectors?

AND would i benefit from goin a little bit bigger then stock?

obviously you are new to the honda world....ill help you out.

you CANNOT put bigger injectors on a car (really smaller either) without some way to tune for them.

ex: just for shits and grins

lets say your car uses
300cc injectors flowing 30lbs/min (made up number) at 80 %

if you put a larger injector say 1000cc the computer will tell it them to opperate at 80% which could be 100lbs/min.....obviously you have a problem. you have too much fuel.

so do not put smaller or larger injectors in without something to tune it.

yes even though the jdm makes a whopping 10 more hp it uses the same 345 cc P&H injectors. when looking for some be sure that they are obdI. i believe that obdII are saturated.
