Hello all been a while since my last visit. Need some help badly, going crazy trying to figure out a fuel pump or ignition prob not sure, here goes. lately my 1989 crx si has been acting up. the issue is wierd. i can start the car in the morn to go to work. once i get ready to come home, the car will not start, and i cant not hear the fuel pump go on or the familiar clicking noise in the main relay. if however, i mess with the key in the ignition i can usually get it to start. i have replaced the main relay and that did nothing to fix it. it will usually kick on the prime for the pump, which will allow the car to start for about 5 seconds, but the main power to the pump will not come on unless i kind of jiggle the key, could it be the key tumbler, the ignition switch or just a bad pump. any reply would be helpfull.
