so i'mgetting the ball rolling on my track only drag project...and now i started thinking about fuels

for those who dont know...i am using a holdet h1c with a 2st n2o kit....what would be the best fuel for me???

the c16 is like 60 bucks per 5 gal...and the 118 is about half that...


what do you guys think???

the more octane, the more power you can make without detonation.

if you want to go fast, use the best fuel you can.

thats why most drag cars are running methonal

whould i just tune for/with methonal and keep my oem fuel system?

or do i need lines and special filters...i have a walbro255

running methonal is no joke. the entire fuel sysmte needs to be changed or modded in weird ways... i dont even know for sure.
what i do know, is that its stoich mark is not 14.7:1 its all weird shit.

i dont think you're ready for that... you're not breaking the 9's yet.
