the only thing i ever came up with was chaining the rear end of a crown vic to a tree with about 250 ft of cable
then doing a fly by...

which is a really really bad idea unless you want to go to jail

which is a really really bad idea unless you want to go to jail

the cable or chain would break with little damage to the car. mythbusters did it. they had to weaken the suspension and everything to the point of being unsafe to drive at all for the rear end to rip out.
