Yes, there is a station in South Philly that will be offering it for that price today. From 5P-9P or if they run out first. 19th and Oregon, I believe. You read that right, but it's only on Friday, and only for four hours. For 23 years, Lalli has run a Sunoco station at 19th and Oregon in South Philadelphia, and he says he's had enough of the company. He's getting out of the retail gas business with a bang. At 5 p.m. on Friday, he'll sell gas for $1.49 a gallon until he runs out. "I'll probably have the cheapest price in the country that day," Lalli said. Click on link to read whole article. Bah who cares, it's a promo. who the fuck wants to save 20 bucks to wait a hour in line? About 2 months ago the gas station across from where I work offered $20.00 free gas to the first 97 or 98 people that pulled in after 4pm. some radio promo. I simply laughed from across the street at all the dumbasses wasting tons of time to save 20 bucks.
