Ok... so what kind of gains would I expect? 5ish hp??

Would it be worth the 135 dollars?

doubt that there would even be a gain. The B16 cams are slightly more agressive. If you were to ever go turbo, I would say sure, but not for na. Like adam said, get som 01 spec ITR cams or CTR cams
 
alright thanks :) I figured whats 135 dollars for some cams. but oh well. :p

So uh whats that mean, the GSR cams would give me those extra 10 horses in the gsr? or whats that jumble mean... all i know is the higher the number the higher the lift.
 
gsr cams have both more lift and duration than b16 cams, but are still smaller than itr cams

you will gain some ponies with them.... but doin't expect the world

gsr also gets help form having .2 more litres of displacement, not just the cams. the decimal number is the lift in inches, the other number is the duration in degrees of the crankshaft.
