GSR head on a b16 block?

I just bought my first swaped car on tuesday...its a P72 head on a b16a block...what i want to know is if the head will match up and if the valves clear or if the block was bored out to make it fit

i'm not seeing how the bore affects the head at all... but, i'm not the brightest crayon in the box.

Everything will be fine. The only thing the combo of the gsr head on the b16 block will yield a higher compression ratio... Nothing drastic, but slightly higher.
