They will all bolt up (at the top / head), but sometimes you may run into a problem with the flange lining up correctly. Most of the time it works out. If not, just take it to an exhaust shop and have them hack the flange and weld it back on to fit perfectly.
All b-series exhaust manifolds have the same bolt pattern up top. The only differences in them are the lengths and angles of the collector end. Some b16 manifolds hug tightly on the oil pan because the 1.8L engines are slightly taller.
