gsr swap

Ok i need to know how hard it will be to convert my 98 integra into a gsr.I want to do an engine swap but im worried about putting the 5sp in cause mine is an auto and i dont know hard it will be to go through the fire wall and change everything out.so.......any help or advise on this would be cool.
