So I am settling into my new appt in Oregon. Outside of being cold it's quite agreeable. Bought some new black leather for the livingroom, not a bad spread all in all.

So I was THINKING (notice the caps) of starting up my own forum. No B, nothing like this, mine would be college football's first major independant forum. Needless to say I'm looking for some people with experience in the field to give me some advice. I have the money to stand it up, but have never worked with the software, and would need regional "experts" (I got the Pac-10 covered), to help contribute and moderate the forum.

Any ideas? Post em! Anyone wanna get involved? IM me!

and since I'll be the only one to say it "welcome back me!!!"

Happy Turkey day bitches....

Yep, and you could use php/perl to socket into some other site to pull the stats of teams/scores, if there is a site available.
It doesn't cost much to setup a site/forum.. basically just hosting, and depending on the forum software maybe a few more $.
Don't use phpBB or nuke.
I use CuteFTP for ftp.
I never knew you, but// welcome back.

I got ND covered if you ever get it rolling....

<--No expert, but Fighting Irish addict. I follow them VERY closely.

btw Welcome back

Although I attend WWU, I'm a Husky's fan. I know they're a dying breed.
