I see these H-braces all over Ebay. What are they for? Are they worth getting?
How do they differ from traction bars?
    Get both?
    What do you think?

H brace = 4 point lower front tie bar

Traction bars = keep front LCAs from flexing

    Totally different.

The H braces out there work really well, but the flat tube design is really easy to damage. Assuming they're all the same (I think that they are), they won't clear a 2.5" collector on a typical DC style header.
