H brace

    what is this and is it worth the money? Just curious cause it seems to be the new "thing" on ebay

    I've gone through two of them... I have no idea who makes them, but they pretty much all look exactly the same except for that smaller bar going across the center.

    The brace is very nice until you bottom out of something... then it juts collapses. It's flat hollow tubing, so it's strong until something bends it. It makes a huge difference in chassis stiffness though.

    Oh- it won't clear a 2.5 inch collector if you have one on your header.

    for $35 fuck it just go for it if you like it keep it, if not sell it to someone who else. either way $35 is no major loss :D

    I guess that's not bad for $100... 2 years ago I was paying $100 each for those.

    ive seen those without the bar in the middle. would that make a difference?

    You could probably goto some local welder and have him make one for cheap and you could get it made with better quality material.

    Meh, if I wanted on that bad, I'd weld one up myself.......now where can I find a welder.....?
