H22 Auto same as H22 man?

Hey i found a really clean automatic JDM h22a without tranny, ecu or harness for $900. Can anyone confirm that it has the same HP and torque as a JDM manual? Ive heard that it has less agressive cams/ or pistons. thanks

To the best of our knowledge, the power output is the same. The cams might be optimized for an automatic engine, but they are not much different. Everything else is the same except for the flywheel/torque plate.

If you get a good deal, take it. If there is not enough power, add more. H22A cams are fairly common.

Ive actually heard they do have less! Thats not a for sure thing but I think I remember readin 10-20 less!
