going to need a new clutch very soon. i have a stage 2 in as of now. and i cant even burn out in first. and now it feels like its sliping when i get on it on the highway. i think i will keep my pressure plate and fly wheel and just get a better clutch. whats the most bang for my buck? thanks in advance.

I think Exedy made a dual plate for the h22. Im having trouble finding it, but i remember seeing it when i was making up my grand plans for my lude.

Only downside of the dual plate is the slight noise it makes.

cant find it from exedy anymore, but centerforce makes one with +90% of holding capacity (should be around 300 or so torque).

The noise from the clutch is kind of a rattle sound and from what i understand it's to be expected that a dual plate has a slight noise to it.

as for price, i was able to find it below 300 bucks.

because when performance counts, 99.99% of the time you get what you pay for. i would rather have the confidence of spending $500 knowing i have a good product than wonder about my $300 product. $200 really isnt' that much when it comes to the price of the ENTIRE DRIVETRAIN.

think of what could happen if your clutch blows at a high rev launch. that extra $200 might save you $1500 in rebuild cost later.

but it's your money and i gave you a good link. do what you want.

425HP is a shit load of power on the streets, But I myself have had that power and can tell you that clutchmasters and act have worked great for me.

I think clutchmasters has or had a 4 puck sprung clutch that was great, easy on your left leg lol.

I have a Compition Clutch stage 4 six puck sprung and its great, a little stiffer than stock (to be expected) and holds great. I am also a fan of ACT too.
