h22 hatch V.S Spec V

can a h22 civic hatch with a exhaust and a intake beat a spec v with a CAI, header that dosnt have a cat with a 2 1/2 exhaust system? i dont kno if i should race him yet.

the spec v's will get me off the line cuz of the torque and h22 are kind of heavier then b18 or b16's. and the h22 dont have headers, you could say it's stock
