i havent got my swap done yet but i finally got the shifter mechanism from a junkyard in corpus christi,tx. its off a 95 accord 5 speed. they sent me the shifter cables and the shifter mechanism for 125 shipped. its sounds kinda expensive but i need the part. i was reading some froums right now and i noticed that they said i was supposed to use 90 -93 ACCORD OR 92-96 PRELUDE SHIFT LINKAGE. will the one i bought work? whats the difference on the 95 accord shift linkage?

it will be fine.

These transmissions use cables instead of linkage. The shifter mehanism and cables from these vehicles may be used, 90 up Accord 5spd or 92 up Prelude 5spd cables and linkage. This will require some cutting and drilling.
