h22 , swap gains?

Well last night the project began of my new h22 into my 96 civic. I have the motor mounted in the car and thats it so far. Out of curiousity for anyone who has done this swap or knows about it. What are realistic gains and et/mph that I can expect. I had a d16y7 with a t3 turbo and I am wondering how it will compare.

There are a whole lot of what if's here.

I've heard that you can expect low 14's and even easy 13's without much trouble. I'd say that the difference is in the traction, clutch, and driver. You'll have more torque than a turbo d16 *I think*. You'll have a little more weight. I'd love to hear what comes of this.
