Alright this is the deal..got a 97 integra with a accord euro r swap...the car starts and runs fine..but it will not rev..i go to give it gas and it wants to shut off...im using an obd2a to obd1 ecu jumper harness and a p28 with hondata s200 chipped for h22..its only throwing CEL for iacv..wich i know the euro mani has a three wire iacv and i got the adapter for it just haven't put in on..but i still don't know why it won't rev..any suggestions would be very helpful...
