Header, Power Steering hose and pump, air intake(the easy part), intermediate shaft and mount on the manual tranny, EGR, ECU, a little wiring, front waterneck on engine.
It's a bolt up mod. Accessories are the majority of changes. The wiring isn't too bad either if you are ok with that stuff.
