h23 block question

i have a h23 obd1 in my 92 ex and now have a h22 vtec head does the h23 block have the oil port for the vtec head or will i havr to buy a adapter kit thanks (TAB YOU ARE THE MAN)

as far as i know, no it does not.

actually you can do this without an adapter block. infact i highly suggest not using an adapter block if you think you'll run out of room to comfortably put on and take off your oil filter. On the h23 block on the same port your oil cooler would go on, look at that area of the block (it would be on top) you'll need a large allen wrench to take off this plug. but after the plug is on you just need to go out and find a fitting that suits your liking
