Ok before i started reading up on this i had a pretty good idea what to do, but the more i read the more confused i get. I have a 95 Accord f22a vtec. Now i want to put in an H23, not a problem. But then i recently changed my mind and want to put in a h23 with a h22a head. Do i still use the accord wire harness? Should be just a simple swap right? vtec to vtec? now ecu wish i have to use the h22a ecu, would a spoon p13 ecu be anygood with the h23/h22a combo?

First off, you have an F22B1 in there, not an F22A.

Second, either the H22A or H23/VTEC setups will work fine with your current wiring harness, with the standard modifications still being necessary. The H23/VTEC isn't easy, though, check the pinned topic at the top of this forum.

As far as I know, Spoon doesn't do any tuning for H-series engines, only B-series. Any "Spoon ECU" that you buy will be a knock-off.
