h23 vtec tranny

Ok you guys saved me once can now i did find out that spoon p13 ecu is garbage, cant ever trust anything on ebay now a days. I have everything i need for my h23 vtec swap. I have a complete h23 (block, head, trans), and also a complete h22 (block head trans) I tried looking this up but didnt really find anything but what trans would work best with this setup? right now i have the 3 to choose from, the f22"b" trans, the h22, and the h23 all in good working condition too

If you're planning on staying n/a, the H22 tranny will be a better choice. Just know that 5th gear is kinda short, so if you do alot of high-speed highway driving, the H23 tranny may be better.

Or, you could just swap the H23/F22 tranny 5th gear into your H22 tranny if you have the time/knowledge...
