OMFG ...The Eh team....fucking crying here lol
Happy Canada day
i think i just peed a little over the eh team
I don't get it.
for a well-traveled individual, i can't believe i have to explain this...
some (most) canadians talk like this:
"that was a great game, eh?" tacking an 'eh' on at the end of most their sentences.
hence, the "eh" team.
They also say "aboot" instead of "about".
He's 21. Probably doesn't have a clue what the A team is either.
heloo there miesterr moose. mighty fine weather were havin eh? aboot to goo git me some terrible bacon and watch me some hockey eh? grab yer begs and you can come with me eh? I'll give you a teur of the town and all owur rediculessly clean efs eh?
I have not once heard the word aboot anywhere! We all say about that tour of the clean ef's, I can't make it. Just saying.
I believe aboot is I Minnesoooooda thing.
Yea, I think aboot is a Minnesota thing too. And instead of wash, my relatives that live there pronounce it warsh.
IDK, my dad says warsh too and he was born, raised, and has barely ever left Columbus Ohio. He also says Wednesday with a strong E at the end. Glad that didn't rub off on me!
Yeah I don't know how the Americans came up with notion thinking we say "aboot" up here. But I do have to admit, I do say "Eh" a lot.
Just remember, its not your fault. Im half hispanic so I blame that on my love for knives, sleeping while at work, and well maintained landscaping. But you'll only find me carrying, doing, or admiring some of the time.
Separate names with a comma.
