Head Repair??

Hey I Have An 88 CRX Si With A Blowen Head Gasket. I Have Remove A Lot Of Items Out Of The Way. I Am Having touble removing the head and the header, what tool can i use to get them off. thanks for the help.

it's easiest if you can leave your IM attached. use it as leverage. wiggle a little.
