head swap

i have a d16a6 out of a 89 cr-x si with a hoe in the block i also have a d15b carb engine with very low mile and perfect running order if i swap the intake from the d16a6 as well as the head would it work and would the horse power be close to a stock d16a6 engine

I "think" the bottom end of the D15B will fit onto the D16A6 top end. but that should be all that you use from the D15B. But let a few others chime in on the subject to make sure.

yeah i was just using the d15b as a donor block everything else was comeing from the d16a6
